  The best McDonald's, fresh and hot food, that is the best when looking for a quick bite. Fast service, clean area, very well kept, and great people. Have gone recently with great success. Would recommend anytime when traveling between Rochester and the cities.

  It was disgusting . Nothing was clean the food was dropped back in after cooked previously. the bathrooms were disgusting, the floor was gross the high chair had food just smashed into it to. Customer service was good . Overall needs some fine tuning.

  This is one of the most unclean McDonald's restaurants I have visited. I counted 9 crew and no-one was sweeping the floor or cleaning tables and there was spilled food on the floor and on the tables. Some crew were not wearing uniform and all looked unkempt and untidy. Not somewhere you want to eat food!

  So we have frequented this McDonald's for several years period almost every time we go there is a delay you're waiting in line or you have to pull over and wait until they have to bring your food out. You absolutely have to double and triple check your order before you drive away from the window because 99.999 percent of the time it's probably not correct. We just left and AGAIN our order was botched. It was a very simple order. Kids meal, #1 & #2 WITH NO ONIONS!!! and a sausage McMuffin with cheese. We had to pull forward and wait for our order because they had to make the "sausage" McMuffin.
  1st time they brought out the order they forgot the chocolate milk for the kids meal. 2nd trip out they forgot the ranch dressing and then....The made the burgers "WITH ONIONS AND.....PUT EGG ON THE "SAUSAGE MCMUFFIN". Last chance for romance with this McDonald's and I'm finally going to go ahead and send a report to McDonald's headquarters to see if they're franchisee can get their franchise license pulled from this place. The absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to In My Life! East Coast to West Coast, North to South this is the worst McDonald's ever! AND.....Just ticket bite of my Big Mac and noticed there wasn't much cheese, opening up there was literally maybe a quarter slice of cheese see photo while they don't even get one star anymore.
